1. Full-Fat Milk:

2. Fried Food:

Diabetic patients should avoid fried food. It is true that eating fried foods like French fries and chips is very tasty. But it is high in carbohydrates which affect the blood sugar level.

3. Maida (All purpose flour):

Diabetics should avoid dishes made from maida. Maida has a high glycemic index, which raises blood sugar levels. It affects the functioning of the brain in diabetics, which can lead to mental problems in the patients. Fiber is needed to absorb sugar into the bloodstream. But the amount of fiber in maida flour is very low.

4. Sweet Foods:

Candies, soda, and processed foods contain low-quality carbohydrates, and these foods not only lack nutrition but also raise your blood sugar levels.

Consuming too many sweet foods can lead to weight gain. Mainly processed carbohydrates raise blood sugar levels. This results in the accumulation of fat on your body, thighs, stomach, and waist. Eat fresh fruits daily instead of sweet foods.

5. Rice:

Avoid starchy foods made with or refined from white flour, including white rice, white bread, or pasta. These white carbohydrate foods are converted into sugar after the digestion process. That means it raises your glucose levels. Instead, opt for brown rice, oatmeal, and high-fiber whole grains.

6. Meat:

People with type 2 diabetes should not eat too much meat. Mainly high-fat meat should be limited. It is rich in saturated fats and raises cholesterol. Then it leads to heart diseases. A meat diet causes high blood pressure, cholesterol, and obesity, leading to dangerous diseases.

7. Fried Items:

People with diabetes should not eat french fries, fried chicken, or bakery food. Such foods contain a lot of calories. This results in weight gain. The fats in these foods take longer to digest and convert into blood sugar. Also, sugar makes the disease worse.

Also, do not consume too much salt in food, and stay away from sugary drinks like soft drinks. Sugar consumption should be limited. Don’t eat ice cream or candy. Do not eat too much fried or oily food.


There are many foods and ways to lower blood sugar levels. Regular exercise, walking, jogging, fresh vegetables, greens, whole grains, and fruits should be consumed. Also, staying away from certain foods can save you from later dangers. Diabetes should avoid above said food.
