Know-How To Increase Hemoglobin In A Week Vegetarian: Hemoglobin must be good in our body if we are to be fit and healthy. Hemoglobin is an iron-rich protein in our blood. This hemoglobin helps so much to supply oxygen to different parts of our body. Hemoglobin fetches oxygen from the lungs to other parts of the body. 

We have to be very careful with the drinks and food we eat, otherwise, our blood may have hemoglobin deficiency. Due to hemoglobin deficiency, the body becomes very tired. In this article, we will discuss how to increase hemoglobin in a week vegetarian.

1. Intake foods that are rich in vitamin C :

To increase hemoglobin in the body, we need to consume foods rich in vitamin C in our diet. Since iron is found in a lot of vitamin C-rich substances, it helps to increase hemoglobin levels in the body.

2. Eat foods rich in folic acid:

Folic acid helps to increase red blood cells in the body. To increase hemoglobin levels in the body, it is best to consume foods containing folic acid. Do you know which food contains folic acid most? There is plenty of green leafy vegetables, rice, sprouted grains, dried beans, wheat germ, peanuts, banana.

3. Eat beetroot often:

The iron content is rich in beetroot, so it helps increase hemoglobin levels in the body. We all know that beetroot consumption is very beneficial to health. To overcome hemoglobin deficiency in the body, to increase hemoglobin levels, add beetroot to the diet.

4. Eat pomegranate daily:

To overcome hemoglobin deficiency, pomegranate should be eaten daily. Pomegranate intake is very beneficial for health. It is good fruit, to increase hemoglobin levels. Similarly, consuming iron-rich fruits in the diet increases hemoglobin.

5. Do not eat foods that destroy iron content:

People suffering from hemoglobin deficiency problems should not eat iron-destroying foods such as coffee, tea, soda, wine, or beer.

6. Exercise daily:

Exercise should be done daily to increase hemoglobin levels in the body. Exercising daily can help alleviate hemoglobin deficiency and we may have an active-energetic life. 

7. Carrot Juice:

In order to increase blood in the body, we need to consume carrot juice daily for three months in the morning and evening. The beta carotene content in it helps to increase hemoglobin in our body. You can add Beetroot along with these carrots. Carrots and beetroots are the best pairs. These two increase iron levels naturally. 

8. Raisins:

You should soak ten to twenty raisins in half a glass of water before going to bed at night. The next morning take that soaked raisins and squeeze them along with the same water you soaked them. Consume them on an empty stomach. Doing this for three months will increase the red blood cells in our body. From this definitely possible to get away from anemia.  

9. Figs:

Consuming a handful of dried figs helps to increase the hemoglobin level in the body. You can eat dried fig or fig fruit too. Soak some dried fig at night and have it on an empty stomach. Or you can have fig milk at bedtime. 

10. Other foods:

Other foods also aid in increasing hemoglobin levels. Such as citrus fruits, greeny leafy vegetables, dates, berries, etc.
