If you want to know how it works, then we can say it increases our immunity power. Vitamin C helps to increase the healing process in our body. Vitamin C plays important role in creating antibodies in our body. You might have heard about antigens and antibodies. Antigen means any bacteria, germs, the virus which is invisible and attacks from the outside. When an antigen attacks our body, then this vitamin C provides the power to the antibody to fight against antigens.

There is plenty of chyawanprash which is from different brands, are available in the market. You may get confused that which is the best one, which one should buy etc. I tell you which one is best and you should choose. Almost all chyawanprash are the best there is no doubt about it. But some chavanprash produced as advanced. In this kind of chyawanprash they include some extra ingredients. I mean along with normal chyawanpash ingredients plus extra ingredients. Here extra ingredients are Suvarna Bhasma, Rajata Bhasma, abhrak bhasma, and some other ingredients. These kinds of chywanprash work wonderfully.

This helps you to boost immunity power, memory power, muscle power, etc. It helps a man to be like a young man.  If you compare it to the normal chywanprash, these types of chyavanprash are costly.

Price of Chyavanaprasam:

The normal chyavanaprasam’s rate starts from Rs. 150 and the advanced one’s rate starts from Rs. 650.

Because advanced one contains Suvarna Bhasma, Abhraka Bhasma, Rajata Bhasma, Moukthika, etc. they cost more. But they work wonderfully if you compare them to the normal ones.

This advanced chyavanprash works clearly, especially in asthma (respiratory), skin diseases, indigestion, lack of appetite, and anti-aging.

If you are using this since you were 20, suppose now you are at the age of 40. But you look like 25 or 30. It reflects your youngness. This is the magic of chyavanprash.

Some Other Points:

Remember that your immunity power will not increase as you eat this for only 2 days or 4 days. You have to eat it continuously like for some months or years.  To gain immunity power we need at least 6 months. But 15 days are enough to ruin our immunity. The best chyavanprash available in the markets are DhootapapeshwarSwamala and Baidyanath Kesari Kalp. These two products included gold, silver, saffron, and abhraka bhasma. These two are costlier than ordinary chyawanprash. Other companies chyavanprash are also good, you can buy those companies products like Dabur, Zandu, Patanjali, Himalaya, etc.

Finally, use 1 or 2 tablespoons of chyawanprash daily along with milk or warm water. The quantity depends on the age. If you are using it for kids then minimize the quantity to half or 1 teaspoon. We can say that this is a time of Ayurveda. Ayurveda will boom in the next future years.
