Ingredients:
- Coconut oil – 1 tbsp
- Chicken heart – ¼ kg
- Chicken meat – ¼ kg
- Carrots – 3
- Pears – 3
- Spinach – 1 cup
- Berries – 1 cup
- French beans – ½ cup
Instructions:
Heat coconut oil in a pan on low or medium flame. Add chicken heart and stir for 5 minutes until it gets brown colour. Chop with and remove it into the bowl. Add minced chicken and cook for 10 minutes.
Add chopped carrots, pears, berries and spinach, and beans. Stir well and cook for 5 minutes. Add chopped chicken heart to the pan. You can add any vegetable to these recipes. Switch off the gas flame and let it cool.
